The process

Five steps, and you can stop at any of them.

Nothing here obligates you until you sign a written agreement, and that agreement still gives you thirty days to change your mind.

01

You tell us where the property is

Five minutes

Address, roughly when it was built, how it is used today, and your timeline. That is the whole first step. We are not asking for photos, a walkthrough, or anything about your finances.

02

We look at the parcel, not the paint

Two business days

We pull the recorded plat, the assessor record, the zoning designation, and a preliminary title search. We are confirming lot boundaries, checking for recorded easements, and looking for anything that would encumber the lot. Then we tell you whether it is something we buy — including when the answer is no.

03

We talk about terms

When you are ready

One conversation, by phone or in person, whichever you prefer. We walk you through what we would pay and how we arrived at it, what the closing costs actually are on your side, and what date works for you. If you want your attorney on the call, bring them.

04

One walkthrough, then a written agreement

One visit

We see the house once, at your convenience, after you have decided you want to move forward. It is not an inspection and there is no repair list afterward. The written agreement carries a 30-day right to cancel, in 14-point type directly above your signature, and you get a copy in hand at signing.

05

You pick the closing date

Your date

No lender, no appraisal, no buyer to keep happy, so there is nothing to slip. North Carolina closings run through a licensed North Carolina closing attorney. California closings run through escrow. Take what you want out of the house and leave the rest — we handle the cleanout.

Just as important

What we do not do.

We do not list your property.

There is no MLS entry, no sign in the yard, no Zillow listing, and no public record of you having tried and failed to sell.

We do not charge you a fee.

No commission, no admin fee, no "buyer premium," nothing deducted at closing that goes to us. You still owe your own attorney or escrow costs and your state transfer or excise tax.

We do not assign the contract.

We take title and close with our own funds. We are not shopping your contract to a list of investors, which is the thing most "we buy houses" outfits are actually doing.

We do not renegotiate after signing.

The only conditions are lot boundaries, recorded easements, and clear title. If those are confirmed, the price does not move.

Get an offer on your property

Tell us where the property is and roughly when it was built. We look at the lot, the neighborhood and title, and come back to you within two business days — with next steps toward an offer, or a plain no. No commission, no obligation.

Axiom Services LLC is a principal buyer purchasing for its own account. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not represent you in this or any transaction, and no commission is charged to you by us. You remain free to consult your own attorney, accountant, or a licensed real estate broker at any point. Submitting this form creates no obligation and is not an offer to purchase.
